Just a week prior to the announcement of Arch-Function, Katanemo had already made waves with the open-sourcing of Arch, an intelligent prompt gateway designed to manage critical tasks related to prompt handling and processing. This includes detecting and thwarting attempts to "jailbreak" models, executing backend API calls, and overseeing the interactions of various prompts and LLMs in a centralized manner.

Presently, the detailed benchmarks are yet to be shared; however, Paracha noted that these results were obtained using an L40S Nvidia GPU to host the 3B model, which is more economically viable than the standard V100 or A100 instances commonly used for model benchmarking.
